How does it work?

When there is a match from both sides, you will start working for the client through Quality LinQ. You will get an employment contract with Quality LinQ and you work at the office or project location of the client.
Quality LinQ is officially your employer and we second you to the client. We ensure that your salary is paid on time, arrange your holidays and take care of all legal matters.
We ensure proper guidance for all seconded personnel so that you are optimally prepared to work safely and with pleasure.
Search and Selection – Permanent jobs in technology
With Search and Selection our goal is to make the perfect match between you and your future employer, where the optimal result is achieved for both parties.
How does it work?

When there is a match from both sides after completing the application procedure, you will immediately be employed by the client. You will immediately get an employment contract with the client instead of with Quality LinQ.
