Mediating national and international professionals
Quality LinQ specialized in secondment and mediation of national and international professionals in NDT, Inspection, QA / QC and Engineering. We supply technically educated personnel at MBO, HBO or university level (from start-ups to experienced professionals) at executive and management level. This involves both vacancies for permanent positions or temporary projects.
Traineeships
Quality LinQ offers training, personal coaching and guidance for professionals. For beginning specialists we provide external traineeships in various positions.
A traineeship is a work and training program for starters. So for you! The nice thing about this, is that there is a lot of attention for your professional and personal development after your vocational training. Another advantage is that you receive a normal salary during a traineeship. It is the ideal starting position for candidates who don’t want to stop learning. During your traineeship you gain work experience at a company and you are trained to become a specialist.
One example is a traineeship where you are educated to become a Non-Destructive Testing specialist (NDT Specialist) or IKT inspector.
Courses
When you start working at Quality LinQ, you might lack professional certificates or courses which you would like to obtain. We offer you the opportunity to obtain these certificates or to follow these courses externally.
Together with you and the client we look at your background, wishes and ambitions and determine which course or certification suits you best. You can think of obtaining a Safety, Health and Environment certificate (VCA), a NEN3140 certificate or permits you need to go offshore.
